Terms of Service

These terms describe subscription access, customer responsibilities, compliant source requirements, cancellation, refunds, and acceptable use for PulseBot.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PulseBot, a SaaS product feedback intelligence tool. By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

If you are using PulseBot on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The PulseBot service

PulseBot helps software teams monitor, organize, and summarize customer feedback signals from compliant sources. Customers can create monitored products, review AI-assisted feedback summaries, and access product insight reports through a secure web dashboard.

PulseBot provides analysis and summaries for product decision support. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

PulseBot is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product. Subscription pricing, billing period, and included features are shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment provider or merchant of record to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes, unless you cancel before renewal.

Access to paid features may depend on successful payment, account status, and plan limits.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel their subscription according to the cancellation tools provided by PulseBot or the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline refund requests where the service has been substantially used, where abuse is suspected, or where a payment provider policy does not allow the refund.

If you have a billing issue, contact [email protected] with your account email and transaction details.

5. Data sources and compliance

PulseBot is designed to use compliant access methods, such as official or approved APIs, authorized data providers, customer-provided data, and publicly available sources where automated access is permitted by the relevant platform terms.

PulseBot only works through permitted access methods and does not collect private content, collect sensitive personal information, resell raw social media datasets, or train AI models on third-party user content.

If a platform's terms do not allow automated collection for a specific use case, PulseBot will not collect data from that platform for that use case.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any data, URLs, product names, search terms, files, or feedback content they provide to PulseBot may be lawfully used for their intended purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PulseBot to violate laws, infringe rights, evade platform restrictions, collect private information without authorization, identify or target individuals based on sensitive characteristics, spam, harass, or misuse third-party services.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise PulseBot or its supporting infrastructure.

7. AI-assisted outputs

PulseBot may generate AI-assisted summaries, classifications, and reports. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review.

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them for product, business, or customer-facing decisions.

8. Customer content and account responsibility

Customers retain responsibility for the information they submit to PulseBot. You should not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless you have the right to do so and the information is necessary for using the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your credentials.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep PulseBot reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, or product changes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including changes required for legal, security, platform policy, or compliance reasons.
