Privacy Policy

This policy describes how PulseBot handles account information, customer-provided data, compliant public feedback sources, and AI-assisted summaries.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Overview

PulseBot is a SaaS product feedback intelligence tool that helps software teams monitor, organize, and summarize customer feedback signals from compliant sources.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how customers can contact us about privacy-related questions.

2. Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account, we may collect information such as your email address, authentication provider details, and basic profile information required to operate your account.

Product and workspace information: customers may create monitored products, keywords, product descriptions, configuration settings, and reports inside the PulseBot web application.

Customer-provided data: customers may provide product names, URLs, feedback examples, search terms, or other business context so PulseBot can generate relevant summaries and insight reports.

Usage and technical information: we may collect logs, device information, browser information, request metadata, and usage events to keep the service secure, reliable, and functional.

3. Feedback sources and compliance

PulseBot is designed to work with compliant access methods, such as official or approved APIs, authorized data providers, customer-provided data, and publicly available sources where automated access is permitted by the relevant platform terms.

PulseBot only works through permitted access methods and does not collect private content, collect sensitive personal information, resell raw social media datasets, or train AI models on third-party user content.

If a platform's terms do not allow automated collection for a specific use case, PulseBot will not collect data from that platform for that use case.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide the PulseBot service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, generate AI-assisted summaries, create insight reports, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational metrics to understand product performance and improve the service, but we do not sell customer account data or raw customer-provided datasets.

5. AI-assisted processing

PulseBot uses AI-assisted workflows to summarize feedback themes, identify recurring pain points, and generate product insight reports for customers.

AI outputs are intended to support product decision-making and should be reviewed by customers before being used for business decisions.

6. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and AI processing. These providers process information only as needed to help us operate PulseBot.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the service from unauthorized access and abuse.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

8. Customer choices

Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their account information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment, security, or legitimate business reasons.
