1. Overview

PulseBot is a subscription product. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund, how renewals are handled, and how to request a refund.

Payments are processed by our payment provider Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Creem.

2. New subscription β€” 14-day refund

If you are a new PulseBot subscriber, you can request a full refund of your first payment without giving a reason, as long as the request is made within 14 days of the payment date and within the first billing cycle.

This applies to the initial subscription payment only. It is designed to give you a risk-free way to try Pro.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments (the second payment and later) are generally non-refundable, because Pro benefits are provided continuously across the billing period.

If you believe a renewal was charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a technical failure), contact support with the details. We review these cases individually and may refund the unused portion of the current period or the full amount where appropriate.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the payment you want reviewed. Our team will confirm the request and initiate the refund through Creem.

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. The time to appear in your account depends on Creem and your card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days.

5. Effect on your Pro benefits

When a refund is issued, your Pro benefits end immediately from the moment the refund is processed. Your account returns to the Free plan and any Pro-only features become unavailable.

If you upgrade again later, a new subscription and billing cycle begins.
